S.U.T.G. E-Learning Training Academy

Professional user training is available to maximize your knowledge of the software functions and special features available.

The S.U.T.G. Inc 'PartnerShip' program is one of the information management solutions S.U.T.G. Inc offers. S.U.T.G. Inc internal software utilizes a Windows NT based system called CMS/NT. As with any new software there’s much to be learned when first using the CMS/NT application. Reserving four days to attend the training class will quickly introduce you to the management software functionality required to know to operate the system.

Introductory Training Class

If you’re a new or an experienced CMS/NT user, this class will benefit you. Proper training will help your organization run a smooth day to day operation maximizing the benefits gained from the software. S.U.T.G. Inc provides individual computer workstations, an overhead projector, and materials for training, all in the comfortable classroom environment. Attendees are provided with a CMS ‘How-to’ help manual and handouts summarizing classroom sessions. We will provide training on the following:

Use of CMS/NT Data base including logging onto CMS/NT.
Data Entry into Batches

Searching for/adding/updating accounts.

Entering orders and transactions on CMS/NT.

Table file maintenance.

Setting up and printing letters through the use of Microsoft Word and CMS/NT.

Printing orders, flagging orders as shipped, inventory maintenance.

Daily/weekly/monthly reports and processes.

Though the S.U.T.G. Inc Training Academy is designed for PartnerShip clients (rather than S.U.T.G. Inc Full turn-key accounts), we found several of our S.U.T.G. Inc clients have greatly benefited from attending. An Advanced class is offered each year (In May) and will cover areas such as TCL (terminal control language for queries/selects), Select file development and Executive Management Reports. S.U.T.G. Inc Training Academy Costs

The cost of the Introductory Class is as follows: For 3 ½ days of training. Classes are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. M - TH, and 9 a.m. to noon on Friday.

For the first attendee: $695.00
For the other attendees from the same client: $350.00 each additional
S.U.T.G. Inc will provide snacks, and beverages for 3 ½ days. (No lunch on last day as class is over by noon.)

The cost of the Advanced Class is as follows: For 2 ½ days of training. Classes are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. M - TH, and 9 a.m. to noon on Friday.

For the first attendee: $450.00
For the other attendees from the same client: $200.00 each additional
S.U.T.G. Inc Inc will provide snacks, and beverages for 2 ½ days. (No lunch on last day as class is over by noon.)

NOTE: The names and payment are required prior to the class attendance. Cancellation may be made up to 2 weeks (100% refund), 1 week (50% refund), within week (no refund). If payment is not received within 3 weeks of class the space will be allocated to another person.

NOTE: There will be no reduction in rates or in number of days of training as it is designed for complete coverage of the materials needed to understand our CMS/NT data management system.

NOTE: We reserve the right to cancel classes due to a low number in attendance.
